Source photos are intended to be private and temporary, accessed through signed URLs, and deleted after successful generation plus a short configurable safety window. Paid generated assets may be retained for customer access for a configurable period. Marketing email requires separate consent and includes an unsubscribe option. Payment card data is handled by Stripe, not stored by AI DID ME DIRTY.
