If a paid generation cannot be fulfilled after the configured retry process, we may provide regeneration, account credit, or a refund. Duplicate charges and verified technical fulfillment failures are eligible for review. Successful delivered generations are generally final because they incur third-party generation cost, subject to applicable law.
